Nguyen Ha Phuong's project is inspired by Surrealism, especially the works of the two most prominent artists of this movement, Salvador Dali and Elsa Schiaparelli.
With Surrealism, artists puts themselves in an unconscious state to recreate their dreams, then expresses them through uncanny images, often accompanied with hidden messages from the subconscious.

Vietnamese women are beautiful. Although beauty standards are different in different time periods, a confident woman is always the most beautiful woman.
Nguyen Thi Minh Tam delivered that message through her evening gown design with colorful, eye-catching patterns inspired by the Vietnamese traditional "Peacock Blanket." Her pleated details also signal femininity.
The design of Pham Thi Hue Anh brings the solemn and majestic beauty of the Nguyen dynasty in Hue with the imagery of the Empress Nam Phuong as the main inspiration. The design uses brocade fabric with yellow-white tones and metallic luster as the accent to recall the luxury of the Royal family.
Bui Thi Trang's design is inspired by ceramic art.
The design has a touch of traditional values along with modern aesthetics, which was expressed through its unique shape and the sunray pleat technique. Its main colors, blue and white, aim to evoke tranquility.
