• Course and course materials development.
• Teach full-time and part-time courses according to curriculum and materials in line with strategic goals of the College. Develop and deliver your own course assignment briefs, schemes of work, lesson plans, lecture materials,  worksheets and activities.
• Deliver captivating and interactive full-time and part-time courses, employing a "show don't just tell" approach to inspire and engage students.
• Maintain a high standard of teaching, ensuring well-planned and relevant lessons that provide practical skills and industry insights.
• Track and evaluate student performance through weekly 1:1 tutorials providing them with comprehensive feedback and actionable suggestions to support their progress. 
• Issue mid-term assessments and end of term marks as per the examining body.
• Developing links with industry partners, introducing live project briefs and exploring work experience opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Director in planning and developing the curriculum to meet evolving industry trends and standards.
• Contribute to the College's promotional activities by planning workshops for open days, interview prospective students and representing the institution at ceremonies, off-site visits and functions as required. 

Requirements:

• MA or BA (Hons) Degree or equivalent teaching and industrial experience in relevant field.
• Industrial experience is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience.
• Native or near-native fluency in English.
• Openness to understanding the local culture's needs for learning.
• Ability to work patiently with beginner-level students whose first language is not English.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills'
• Exhibits a genuine passion for the subject matter and a dedication to inspiring students' interest and enthusiasm for the subject.

Requirements:

• MA graduate or equivalent teaching and industrial experience
• A teaching qualification, PG Cert or equivalent, is desirable.
• Native or near native level of fluency in English
• Flexibility and cultural awareness
• Proven competence in academic leadership and administration.

• Course materials development in line with strategic goals of the College
• Teach Fashion Communication and Marketing courses, including Fashion Branding, Visual Communication, Fashion Promotion and Marketing, Visual Merchadising, Fashion Photography to name a few.
• Ensure that a high standard of teaching is maintained, with students receiving well-planned, well-taught and relevant lessons.
• Evaluate students in class and produce end-of-term marks and academic reports
• Train, supervise and develop teaching assistants or interpreters
• Developing links with industry partners, introducing live project briefs and exploring work experience opportunities.
• Collaborate with Director on curriculum planning and development
• Assist with the College promotional activities by representing at ceremonies, seminars and functions as required
  

Requirements:

• MA graduate or a degree in Fashion with equivalent teaching and industrial experience
• Preferably 5 years’ teaching and working experience in the related subject
• Good communication and presentation skills in the English language
• Computer literacy in MS office applications (Word, Power Point and Outlook)

Note: If English is not your first language, then evidence of a IELTS Band Score of 7.5 (or equivalent) should be provided.

• Prepare and teach Drawing & Illustration Courses on full-time and part-time programmes according to the curriculum and materials in line with strategic goals of the College.- Manage students’ attendance in class.
• Monitor and endeavor to maintain high student moral and motivation. Ensure students’ discipline.
• Evaluate students in class and produce end-of-term marks and academic reports.
• Collaborate with the Director and work in conjunction with the other Lecturers on curriculum planning and development
• Identify opportunities to develop and deliver short courses/ part-time course in related areas.
• Assist with promotional activities by representing the College at ceremonies, seminars and functions as required

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree, preferably in the field of Illustration
• At least 2-3 years working experience in the industry
• Good communication and presentation skills in the English language, teaching experience is a plus
• Computer literacy in MS office applications (Word, Power Point and Outlook)

Note: If English is not your first language, then evidence of a IELTS Band Score of 6.5 (or equivalent) should be provided.

• Collaborate with Director on English curriculum planning and development for the college
• Manage students’ attendance in class.
• Monitor and endeavor to maintain high student moral and motivation. Ensure students’ discipline.
• Evaluate students in class and produce end-of-term marks and academic reports.

Requirements:

• Be native speaker of English
• Experience teaching ESL to adult would be an advantage
• Ability to plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA or equivalent)
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as a team member
• Motivation, enthusiasm and reliability
