Daniel Caulfield-Sriklad

Senior Lecturer: Fashion Communication & Marketing

Daniel Caulfield-Sriklad is an interdisciplinary educator, designer and artist with international experience working across higher education and the creative and cultural industries.

Through his creative practice he uses the disciplines of fashion communication and design to investigate how the language of the moving body can uncover and express personal and collective narratives in innovative and emotive ways. His work has been presented, created and exhibited internationally through exhibitions, talks and workshops.

He has experience of academic leadership, strategy and curriculum development related to the disciplines of fashion communication, media and design at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Through his academic practice, he uses ideation methods to enable speculation, radical thinking and innovation towards alternative disciplinary perspectives and directions. By integrating Design Thinking methodologies, he enables students to create innovative, future-focused concepts design outcomes.
