STUDENT EXCHANGE: LCDF-HANOI AND SAVANNAH COLLEGE OF ARTS & DESIGN

The students at London College for Design & Fashion (LCDF-Hanoi) have had the opportunity to collaborate with the students from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) on design learning experience during their visit to Hanoi. This occasion also provides SCAD students to explore and learn more about the design industry in Vietnam

Students coming from various countries like the USA, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Hong Kong and Vietnam have shared many valuable art design knowledge such as Graphic Design, Fashion and Interior Design. Nguyen Hoang added, “I’m very glad to have more new friends through this exchange meeting, we hope to have the opportunity to come to Hong Kong and visit SCAD”.
Lecturers of both colleges introducing about their students and exchange about the Design industry in Vietnam.
Do Linh (Interior Design student) shared, “We really had a good time together, Savannah students are so cute and interesting. They are having a money saving project and invited us to take part in their survey as well. The purpose of this project is to have a budget for an actual travelling experience together after graduation. I think this is absolutely brilliant that sometimes students would not come across of”.
Both colleges have had many fascinating moments and hoping to meet up again in the near future and regularly connect via social networks to exchange knowledge on the art design.
